UEI College to Open Second Arizona Campus This Summer in Mesa

MESA, Aris., June 17, 2021 / PRNewswire / – With the opening of the second UEI College, East Valley residents have improved access to post-secondary education Arizona Campus location in Mesa this summer. The first cohort of students at the Mesa Campus starts on July 28th, pending final regulatory and accredited approval. Originally known as the United Education Institute (UEI), the school group has evolved over the past four decades to expand its professional education offerings. It was renamed UEI College in the 1990s and now operates 17 campus locations in California, Arizona, Nevada and Georgia. The new Mesa campus will offer around 500 students space for growth and a planned expansion of the range over the next few years.

“We are contributing to the post-pandemic economic growth of the East Valley in our own way,” said Julia Denniston, Managing Director at UEI Mesa. “With our new location, UEI is creating around 50 new professional jobs, including staff in campus administration, support staff and lecturers. First programs in the new Mesa Campus includes electricians, automotive technicians, medical assistants, medical billing and coding, dental hygienists, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technicians. Day, evening, and weekend courses are available to accommodate students who work full-time during their studies.

Like all other UEI college locations, this is new Mesa Campus will welcome students with modified surgeries that include comprehensive COVID-19 prevention protocols.
